Disposal

BASE IT offers a comprehensive disposal service, complying with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. We provide you with all the necessary documentation and  certification meeting all necessary compliance responsibilities.

Our full documentation and WEEE certification service demonstrates that all IT assets have been disposed of in an ethical and socially responsible way. Our service gives a green seal of approval and provides you with a percentage break down report of how your IT assets were broken down, without the need to go to landfill. 

Erasing Data

BASE IT have a variety of data erasure options available to choose from. Our data erasure options helps companies that have different requirements regarding levels of compliance with data sensitivity. Data Destruction

Before any IT assets are removed from site we provide a documented asset register of all identified equipment being decommissioned for cross reference. This document is incorporated into our Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) document.

Economical

Fixed Purchase

We will agree a fixed purchase amount before the removal of audited assets.

Remuneration

If your IT hardware was centrally funded and you are unable to receive funds from redundant IT assets, BASE IT can provide remuneration in the form of a credit note for IT products and services.

Charitable Donation

We will happily facilitate the donation of funds to a charity of your choice should you wish.
